Managing Anger

Anger is one of many emotions that we experience.  Anger can be a very useful emotion, a motivator and at times overwhelming or frightening.  Anger can be like the barometer that is telling you that it’s time to make a change, whatever that change needs to be…. our thinking, situation, what or how we are doing something.

This course offers you the opportunity to develop a better understanding of your anger and provides a range of tools to allow you to become the ‘Master of It’, by understanding, responding, and using your anger in a more positive way.

If you fully embrace the learnings of this program, you will come away with the ability to build healthier boundaries and have a sense of self separate from others.  You will have identified the triggers to your anger and developed the skill to respond to your anger in a more effective and positive way.  You will have more skills to respond to the reactions of others and communicate more effectively.  You will identify and process any of your anger issues related to childhood and work through the guilt issues related to anger.

This Anger Management course is run in six base sessions with two extra sessions for additional issues that arise during the course, that have an impact on your overall success.
